Service and Prices: I have bought several products from the St Albans store over the past 9 months and have been very impressed with both the service and prices. Well done! I recently brought my parents up from London so they could buy a new gas hob from the store too.

Helpful staff: I always find the staff in your store helpful and familiar with the equipment they are selling. I also like the prices.

Sound advice: I ordered a 37 WLT Toshiba LCD on the Friday and received delivery on the Monday and the price was £200 less than anywhere else. Very happy customer.
