Delivery Addresses: Orders whereby delivery is selected to the cardholder address will be processed in the standard way. Alternative addresses might need further verification before orders can be processed and might delay the delivery subject to the availability and subsequent correspondence with the purchaser. The delivery services described here apply only to orders placed either online or via our Mail Order department.
We endeavour to deliver all items within the time scales given above, however we are reliant on third party carriers and cannot be held liable for any delays and/or loss caused by a delay.

Free Delivery is available on some items on our website when purchased online or via Mail Order. We also offer Express Delivery, which guarantees delivery within 1-4 working days (provided the goods are in stock).

There are occasions where the demand on certain products outstrips supply and in these cases delivery may be more than 14 working days. If this problem arises, Hispek will contact you to update you on the progress of your order.
Orders will be delivered on our behalf by one of our couriers and made between 8.00am - 8.00pm Monday - Friday. If a timed delivery is required (e.g. Before 12.00am, Saturday / Sunday or Evening) we can arrange this for you but at extra cost.
Our courier companies are not insured to enter your house/premises and will therefore require your help (or other recipient) in handling any order in excess of 25kgs (generally televisions). If there are any stairs that need to be climbed, please notify us when ordering.
Please note that we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay in delivering goods. In the unlikely event that your product appears lost or is damaged in transit please contact us immediately via email, or telephone 01727-791122. Please retain the original packing in case you have any reason to return your purchase.
Items will be delivered to a ground floor room of your choice providing access is available, unless delivered using our pallet service which will be to your doorstep only. All goods must be checked for damage on arrival of the couriers BEFORE signing for, otherwise we are not liable for any damage and the goods will not be exchanged. Removal of existing appliances must be agreed with Hispek Electronics at the time of ordering and appliances must be disconnected ready for transporting beforehand. This service is only available on certain products to certain postcodes. When this service is available it will be offered when adding an appliance to the basket.

Collection of old appliances - White Goods Only (excluding Refrigeration, please see below for Refrigeration charges) - £19.99
Collection of old appliances - American Side by Side Refrigeration and Cookers over 60cm wide including Range Cookers - £39.99
Collection of Brown Goods and Refrigeration - £24.99
Unfortunately we are unable to remove an old appliance when delivering clearance or re-packaged items.Please note we do not send goods outside of the UK.
