15 carefully designed "Clothes Care" programmes and a wide choice of options deliver complete fabricare whatever the wash.
3D AquaSpa wash system
A wash and shower system for optimum washing results. Water enters the drum from 3 sides for quick and effective distribution. During the cycle specially designed paddles scoop up the water gently bathing the wash load, ensuring gentle washing and optimum usage of the water in the drum.
A+ energy efficiency
Five of our models have an A+ energy rating, meaning they use over 10% less energy than other A-rated products.
Anti-crease cycle
On our Exxcel and Logixx models the programme automatically ends with an anti-crease cycle. The gentle drum action seperates and smoothes your drying for 35 minutes to keep it wrinkle-free and ready to go.
Cascade system
On Exxcel and Logixx models, a fourth dimension is added through the cascade system, where water enters the drum from above giving even faster penetration. The cascade system is also activated during the rinse cycles for more thorough and effective rinsing.
Child Lock
Once activated it prevents even the most inventive and inquisitive from making any changes to the wash program you have set.
Cold fill
With cold fill your machine takes in cold water and heats up just what it needs. These days most programmes are 40'C and detergents are now designed to start working at lower temperatures. Machines which work with ready-heated water actually miss out on some of the cleaning process due to this change in detergent design. Cold fill saves energy while delivering first-class performance.
Easy Iron
10 minute programme to relax fibres for easy ironing.
Express wash system
Wash times on our Exxcel washing machines are now 30-40% faster than previously bringing them in line with our Logixx programme times. For example, the Easycare 40'C programme is just 45 minutes.
Handwash wool
An exceptionally gentle woollens handwash programme which runs at only 27 rpm (usual speed 50 rpm) with a soft wash action and special spin phase that ensures that everything stays in good shape.
Large drum
The large drum capacity makes loading and unloading easier so creasing is reduced to a minimum.
Large Drum gives A-rated performance for 6kg loads
Logixx and Exxcel models have now been awarded an A-rated wash performance even when loaded to full 6kg capacity. Classix machines now give top wash performance at 5.5kg. Previously all three ranges offered top performance with a 5kg load only. The result is that you can wash more clothes at once with confidence and save both time and money.
LC Display
The liquid crystal display, available on the Logixx model, keeps you in touch with the progress of your laundry. Select the start time and you will know precisely when your clothes will be ready. It also gives you the freedom to select additional options to enhance the drying process.
LCD/ LED Programme progress display
The LCD/ LED lets you know which wash cycle you have chosen, when it's adding detergent, where it's at in the programme cycle, how much time is remaining and even when to remove your washing.
Low heat
This option protects temperature-sensitive textiles by reducing the temperature and lengthening the drying time.
One main programme selector
A single selector dial selects your wash programme, temperature and one of the three drying programmes. Everything is cleary indicated in the large window.
Reduced ironing
This function reduces "tangling" through its intensive reverse action. The drying time and anti-crease phase are extended to reduce creasing and cut down on ironing time.
Reduced Ironing Option
This option spins the laundry at intervals, gently tumbling the load during spinning cycle. At the end of the spin phase a gentle rotating action keeps laundry free and fluffy. The result is reduced creasing and easier ironing.
Reduced time option
At a touch of a button you can reduce the length of your wash by 30-40% and save yourself time and energy in the process - ideal if you're in a rush or when washing is only slightly soiled. With this function, which can be selected in conjunction with any programme (except prewash and wool), a 2kg load takes just 35 minutes.
Remaining time indicator
The remaining time in minutes. Lets you know when your laundry will be ready.
Sensor drying
Throughout the drying cycle advanced electronic sensors automatically monitor your laundry. By assessing temperature differences, remaining moisture and the drying setting you have selected they ensure that no energy is wasted on already dry clothes. Meanwhile other sensors constantly monitor the cycle to prevent overheating.
Silk handwash
An especially caring programme with genle wash action. Intermediate spinning in the rinse cycle is omitted. A gentle final spin at 600 rpm completes this delicate programme.
Simple one-dial operation / Program progress indic
The one-dial selector and easily readable text and symbols together with programme progress indicators mean you always know whats happening.
Super Silent
The specialised induction motor and accoustic absorbing material dramatically reduces noise levels during the wash and spin cycles to as low as 47dB.
Variable spin selection
All wash programmes feature an automatic spin phase appropriate to the wash type. The Exxcel range has a variable spin selector with 5 setting which allows you to reduce the spin speed for more delicate items and a "rinse and hold" option. On our Logixx range the choice is extended to 100 rpm steps allowing you to complete flexibility to select the most suitable speed but with all the necessary safeguards to prevent damage to your clothes.
Warning indicators
You don't have to check the fluff filter or condenser water container. An LED on the fascia panel will remind you when it's time to empty them.
