Delivery Services
We offer the following Delivery Services:
Free Delivery
Cost: Free (available on most products)
Duration: Usually up to 7-14 working days (provided goods are in stock). Larger
items may take up to 14 working days, we reserve the right not to deliver items
of a delicate nature. Please contact us prior to ordering as an extra delivery
charge may occur.
Express Delivery
Cost: Call 01727-791133 for details
Duration: 24/48 hours (provided goods are in stock)
Notes: Larger items or specified delivery, please call.
Next Day Delivery
Cost: Call 01727-791133 for details
Duration: 24/48 hours (provided goods are in stock)
Notes: Available on selected products only and provided goods are in stock.
White Goods Delivery
Cost: Delivery charge dependent on postcode
Notes: White Goods includes cookers, washing machines, Tumble Dryers, etc. A
delivery charge calculator is inlcuded in basket.
Delivery Terms
We endeavour to deliver all items within the time scales given above, however we
are reliant on third party carriers and cannot be held liable for any delays
and/or loss caused by a delay.
During holiday periods, delivery charges will be apply.
All customers are usually called within 24 hours after placing an order. Free
Delivery is available on all of the items on our website when purchased online
or via Mail Order. We also offer Express Delivery, which guarantees delivery
within 1-4 working days (provided the goods are in stock). Express delivery is
available at an extra cost and can be arranged over the phone.
Delivery services listed above are for UK mainland delivery only. If you live
within one of the following postcode districts or outside of the UK please
email or telephone for a delivery quotation: BT, IM, PA, ML, KA, KY, PH,
IV, KW, FK, HS, ZE, TR.
Please note we do not send goods outside of the UK.
There are occasions where the demand on certain products outstrips supply and in
these cases delivery may be more than 14 working days. If this problem arises,
Hi-Spek will contact you to update you on the progress of your order. Orders
will be delivered on our behalf by one of our couriers and made between 9.00am
- 5.00pm Monday - Friday. If a timed delivery is required (e.g. Before 12.00am,
Saturday / Sunday or Evening) we can arrange this for you but at extra cost.
Our courier companies are not insured to enter your house/premises and will
therefore require your help (or other recipient) in handling any order in
excess of 25kgs (generally televisions). If there are any stairs that need to
be climbed, please notify us when ordering.
Please note that we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges
or expenses caused by any delay in delivering goods. In the unlikely event that
your product appears lost or is damaged in transit please contact us
immediately via email, or telephone 01727-791122. Please retain the original
packing in case you have any reason to return your purchase.
