Approximatley 2 months ago I came to your store, and
bought a Sony TV including the 5 years warranty, the service I received
was brilliant, the sales adviser was really helpful!! A very good
experience.

have bought plenty of home cinema products.But one thing i must say the

This is the first time I have bought a large
expensive item on the internet, not only were Hi-Spek the cheapest, but,
the service was excellent with delivery on time and date,your Mr.Purser
was most helpful throughout the process, I would not hesitate to use

Only a phone call away
I have had the privilage over the
years to shop at your store in finchley central but since the closer of
that store I have had to use the Internet site to do my shopping and
although it is not as personal as your store it still is just as good a
way to purchase my hi-fi and video equipment, and if I need assistance I
know a helpful person is only a phone call away, many thanks.

I have purchased several items, Sony Hi-Fi system,
Denon/Tannoy Home Cinema System, and 46" Toshiba R.P. Tv. It has always
been easy to place an order, and when I lost my details of the R.P. set, I
was sent a copy the very next day. Carry on the good work!

I have bought several products
from the St Albans store over the past 9 months and have been very
impressed with both the service and prices. Well done! I recently brought
my parents up from London so they could buy a new gas hob from the store

Excellent service and value
I ordered a Sony Widescreen TV on a
Sunday night via your website. I got a phone call on Monday morning to say
the stand would take two weeks to deliver but would I like the TV to be
delivered anyway, I said yes and within 3 days both the TV and stand were
delivered! Excellent service and value for money. I would use Hi-Spek
again.
Sound advice
I ordered a 37 WLT Toshiba LCD on the Friday and
received delivery on the Monday and the price was £200 less than anywhere
else. Very happy customer
