Hi-Spek has been established since 1985 and has gained a reputation for trust and value throughout the consumer electronics and home appliance industry. Hi-Spek has built up a reputation for being fair and professional in their dealings with both suppliers and customers alike. Our highly successful telesales and retail operations have provided us with a wealth of experience and understanding of the consumer electronics market and we are now able to offer a state of the art, secure online shopping facility.
Based in St Albans Hertfordshire, our three acre site houses our head office and national distribution centre as well as our Superstore Showroom. Hi-Spek acknowledges the importance of being able to fulfil orders on time and being responsive in customer care issues. Our national distribution centre holds a huge range and volume of products and there is a dedicated customer service team to deal with any queries. Hi-Spek only deal with the very top brand names and it is through our long standing association with Manufacturers that we are able to offer consistently low prices, offering our customers anything up to 30% off what would typically be seen in the major high street stores.

Our Foundations
Our foundations as a company were built on providing excellent customer care through our retail outlets. From this experience we were able to develop a mail order channel and throughout the past 17 years have supplied and serviced over half a millions customers. Our online shopping channel is a natural extension to our already successful retail, mail order and business to business channels.

Anti Fraud Measures
In order to prevent fraudulent card use and to protect the genuine card holder, Hi-Spek carry out a number of extensive checks to ensure that the card being used belongs to the cardholder placing the order. Goods are only delivered to the billing address of the cardholder. If we have any doubt as to the validity of a particular card then further checks are made, including contacting the customer directly before the transaction is processed.

 Hi-Spek provide a nationwide* in home service facility, if we are unable to repair a faulty item in your home, we shall arrange collection, repair and return of your product at no cost to yourself.
